ECOMED Loyalty/Rewards Card – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The ECOMED Loyalty/Rewards Card is available to all patients availing of medical services at Ecoland Medical & Wellness Center (ECOMED).
Registration is required to activate the card.
2. Earning Points
Points are earned for every eligible transaction at ECOMED, including applicable OPD consultations and procedures, laboratory tests, radiology procedures, and pharmacy purchases.
The number of points earned per transaction will be based on the amount spent, as specified by ECOMED.
Points can be earned through transactions settled through cash, credit cards, digital wallets, or HMO plans. Transactions that are settled using ECOMED Loyalty Points or PHIC are not eligible for earning points.
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed as payment for future pharmacy purchases, laboratory tests and radiology procedures.
A minimum number of points may be required for redemption.
Points can only be redeemed by the cardholder.
4. Validity and Expiry
Points accumulated are valid for Lifetime.
5. Card Usage
Points can be transferred to another member
Card must be presented before each transaction to earn or redeem points.
6. Lost or Damaged Card
Lost or damaged cards can be replaced, but a minimal replacement fee may apply.
ECOMED is not responsible for lost points due to card loss or damage.
7. Terms Modification
ECOMED reserves the right to change or discontinue the Loyalty/Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
8. Fraud and Misuse
Any misuse or fraudulent activities related to the Loyalty/Rewards Card may result in cancellation of the card and forfeiture of earned points.
